The Regal Group traces its origins to 1979, when Vasant Dedhia established a modest retail store in Mumbai, marking the beginning of his impactful journey in the food industry. Driven by a visionary outlook, exceptional business acumen, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the Group quickly diversified into various business sectors, ultimately evolving into the entity known today as "REGAL."

Currently led by Mr. Alkesh Dedhia, the Group benefits from the contributions of next-generation family members—Mrs. Parinda, Mr. Ravindra, Mr. Bhushan, and Mr. Jitesh—who serve as Directors. Their leadership is bolstered by the dedicated efforts of nearly 100 employees, all committed to advancing Regal’s strategic initiatives and preserving its well-earned reputation in the marketplace.
